Medi-Cal Transformation: LANES and the Role of Safety Net Providers

Thursday, February 13, 2025, 12:00-1:00 PM PT.

Join us as we explore innovative strategies to enhance care delivery and reduce inefficiencies where the need is greatest. Safety net providers serve low-income, uninsured populations who are more likely to have complex health needs and experience inconsistent care. With LANES, you can address inefficiencies stemming from fragmented healthcare delivery by accessing vital patient clinical data, contact information, and demographics.

This webinar will showcase the work of a major clinic and community-based organization providing mobile clinics staffed by healthcare professionals who deliver care directly to unhoused patients. It will also highlight the efforts of a physician-centered community hospital with over 50 years of experience in delivering high-quality inpatient acute and psychiatric care to the most vulnerable populations in Los Angeles County.

Key Takeaways:

  • Learn how to leverage LANES clinical support tools, best practices for community-based care coordination, CalAIM initiatives, and local resources to help your patients, neighborhoods, and organizations thrive.
  • Discover how to use LANES effectively in the field or at the bedside.
