Lead Developer

We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, and team-oriented Lead Developer to be part of the technical team to provide operations and technical support to LANES. The Lead Developer will provide operational and technical support to LANES.

Responsible for software development of the LANES Platform. Provides day-to-day analysis of HIE development activities, including systems functions, report analysis, and monitoring of quality standards. Provides technical development support for any issues or concerns with the
Mirth Connect platform, document solutions and provide updates to all parties. Clearly understands the mission of the LANES and demonstrate exceptional customer service to all LANES’ participants and team members. Work collaboratively with internal and external resources to support program objectives.

Clinical Informatics Specialist

We are seeking a Clinical Informatics Specialist to join our rapidly growing organization to support our clients in adopting HIE clinical use cases and building capabilities, leveraging HIE data, platform, and application tools.

The CIS will reside in the Clinical Department. Demonstration of excellent customer service and physician orientation is a critical personal characteristic of this position. Coordination with LANES clients, management, and other departments is required as will the ability to use critical thinking, prioritize assignments and open issues.

Our chosen candidate will be responsible for promoting the understanding, integration, and application of information technology in healthcare settings. The CIS acts as a liaison between LANES and clinical care teams training them in the implementation and adoption of HIE data platform and clinical use cases.  

The CIS brings required comprehensive understanding of care coordination, case management, clinical quality reports, and patient flow. 

Chief of Technology and Innovation

The Chief of Technology and Innovation must have exceptional Health Information Exchange (HIE) technical knowledge and experience, project management skills and service delivery management skills in a complex multi-vendor, multi-client environment. Knowledge of implementation processes for health IT systems, health information exchange, and clinical data repositories and the way these systems can be used to facilitate the collection and sharing of clinical data from physician practices and EHR systems is a requirement.

This position will work closely with the LANES Account Executive, Program Director, Clinical Implementation Manager, and other stakeholders to implement and deploy services, provided by the HIO, that improve the clinical outcomes and adoption of LANES service. This position will also be responsible for the planning, coordination and execution of any additional projects that contribute to the advancement of the organization. 

This position will also work closely with the LANES leadership team to identify and successfully implement innovative technology to enhance HIO service offering.
