Join us as we review the new Portal Administration Module. This new self-service tool was designed to remove barriers by eliminating the need to send LANES a spreadsheet or contact support for routine user management requests.
New features include:
- Ability to manage all users associated with your organization, including:
- Creating users, including bulk uploads
- Activating, deactivating, and resetting passwords
- Editing users and roles, including access to Audit Reports
- Ability to manage Patient Groups associated with your organization:
- Patient Groups are rosters or cohorts of patients that help drive Smart Alerts
- Assigning Patient Groups to users, including through bulk editing
- Ability to manage your organization’s profile, including service delivery locations
