LANES welcomes in partnership with OCHIN, Saban Community Clinic, a National Committee for Quality Assurance recognized Level 3 Patient-Centered Medical Home with three clinics, to its growing community of community clinics and healthcare provider participants. The health information exchange supports Saban’s Whole Person approach to enable sustainable change in the lives of vulnerable people who have not had access to quality care.
Saban opened as the Los Angeles Free Clinic in 1967 and continues its mission that healthcare is a right, not a privilege more than 50 years later. The Saban Community Clinic provides an integrated and holistic approach of Whole Person Care to treat the entire individual with comprehensive medical, behavioral health and dental care, access to social services and a fully-licensed in-house pharmacy at 2 locations.
